Things don't seem to get easier for Megan, in fact, it's going worse than in page 2 : in page 2 she was standing up and the syringe was further than it is from her bottom...

There is no real 'original' as it has been drawn and 2 different types of paper (white and calque), then assembled and colored on the computer... I have printed out paper copies of the low res version you got here on my workplace's A3 printer, I was surprised to see it actually render better when printed out then on the screen (IMO).
The rights are not 100% mine though, so I don't plan to release prints or anything before a while.
